Inspired by the mythology of the Diné, also called the Navajo, Race to the Sun stars Nizhoni Begay, a young monsterslayer on a quest to save her father. The help of Spider Woman will be essential.

She directs monsterslayers like our hero Nizhoni through the Glittering World to the House of the Sun. But she has a cozy side to her as well, weaving Navajo rugs in her desert trailer with her favorite telenovela on in the background.
